What it is

A hand-tracking tool that uses the webcam to navigate by gesture. The code is not on the main branch yet — it lives uncommitted on a separate branch — so this entry is a placeholder with no source zone until it lands. Being a camera tool, it will ship with explicit opt-in and a visible active indicator.

Uses the camera for hand tracking. Requires explicit opt-in before the camera turns on and a visible indicator whenever it is active; all processing is on-device.
